Who will you be working with?
We are an experienced engineering team in the rail transit industry, providing customers with passenger information systems and related products, bringing them convenient and comfortable experiences with advanced and reliable products. The global design team has gathered talents in system, hardware, software, mechanical structure, testing, etc. Through the team's efforts and dedication, it meets the customized needs of customers.
How will you make a difference?
As the E-PMO representative in China, you act as the local interface for all PMO and Change Management activities within Engineering. You ensure that processes, tools, and standards are implemented locally and serve as an extension of the global E-PMO. Your focus is on coordination, communication, and execution. Report to the PMO team leader and engineering team manager
You are the local driver for PMO excellence and Change Management in China. Your contribution ensures that global standards are embraced locally and transformation is successfully implemented.

What will your typical day look like?
• Ensure the application of global E-PMO standards in China
• Support project planning, reporting, and governance
• Accompany change initiatives within the Chinese Engineering team
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to foster process acceptance
• Manage and administer ENG tools in use
• Teamcenter / Polarion / MS Tools / SAP
• Support rollouts and adaptations for local requirements
• Collect and analyze project data for global dashboards
• Prepare regular status reports
• Collaborate closely with project managers and the global E-PMO
• Translate global requirements into local implementation plans
• Complete other temporary tasks required by the leader.
