As part of the new global Quality Startup Team in PU Digital Solutions, providing quality-related PMO support to multiple IT projects.
Your tasks will be:
• • Supporting large scale projects as a member of the Quality Startup Team based on the PMI and T-Systems project management standards.
• Analysing project contracts and annexes in German or English to find relevant details
• Liaise with team to identify and define project and contractual requirements, scope, objectives.
• Sets-up, supports and provides guidance on time plan/project plan.
• Reviews Initial Financial Business Case and sets-up financial control mechanisms including reporting.
• Support on creating time plan/project plan, budget breakdown.
• Keeping contact with clients, forwarding and mediating demands, expectations and problems.
• Regular monitoring of progress, analyzing processes, making regular status reports.
• Managing and supporting the daily work of the project team (facilitate telephone conferences, international meetings, taking meeting minutes, etc.).
• Communicating with the stakeholders (e.g. Legal, SDM, Customer, internal Program Team).
• Project administration, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, templates and reports.
• Assessing Lessons Learned report after project setup.
• Language skills:• Advanced German and English knowledge is mandatory.
• Experience:• Experience with managing IT projects and Agile methods
• Experience in project Quality Management
• Proven experience in project administration is an advantage.
• Skills:• Good communication, organizational skills.
• Proactive personality.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in international teams.
• Technical Proficiency:• Professional MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Experience with following tools is an advantage:• JIRA, Confluence
• ITIL foundation
• Basic data analytics
• Project management methodology knowledge
• MS Project, Visio knowledge.
• Experience with AI tools is an advantage
• Soft Skills:• Strong attention to details, ability to work in multitasking environment, with remote teams and support several stakeholders at the same time.
• Multitasking – able to handle parallel tasks.
• Good communication skills, being ready to regularly communicate and attend meetings.
• Being flexible and ready to learn.
• Friendliness and consistency.
Work Environment:
• Typically works in an office setting.
• Standard working hours but may require flexibility during peak project periods.
