PMO - Security, Lotus's

To balance exceptional delivery for customers on what matters, engaging teams and colleagues, with the needs of the business. I am an expert and often the first layer of management of people or projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute security specific guidance and verification to target solution architecture for new/ongoing projects as part of the Enterprise Architect function, ensuring security control objectives in the control framework is applied to the new/ongoing projects
• Lead the engagement and assessment of solutions with security vendors for solution architecture and design activities.
• Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge
• Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements
• Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements

Requirements:
• A Bachelor's or associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in security architecture design and implementation
• Advanced IT security certifications may be advantageous.
• A strong working knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations, and computer operating and software programs.
• The ability to interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and races.
• Excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Operational Skills Relevant for This Job

• The role necessitates excellent communication and organizational leadership abilities.
• You should have expertise in security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), network access controls, and network segmentation.
• You must be experienced with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
• Network security architecture and its development are both important to understand.
• DNS security principles such as routing, authentication, VPN, proxy services, and DDOS mitigation technology are all covered.
• An understanding of the ISO 27001/27002, COBIT, and ITIL frameworks are required.
• Third-party auditing skills and cloud risk assessment methodologies.
