About the role
This is an fantastic opportunity within a successful global communications Group. Our agencies—Black Sun Global, Stratton Craig, and People-Made—specialise in stakeholder advisory and engagement at the highest level.
We’re looking for a detail-driven PMO Operations & Salesforce / Certinia Analyst to support our PMO and Finance teams by keeping Salesforce / Certinia data accurate, timely, and decision-ready.
This is a hands-on operational and reporting role, ideal for someone who enjoys process, data, and turning numbers into clear insights that help senior teams make better decisions.
You will not be managing projects or owning commercial decisions — your role is to enable them.
Working pattern: Remote, with UK hours overlap
Reporting to: Head of PMO (dotted line to Finance)
What you’ll be doing
• Setting up and maintaining projects/jobs in Salesforce / Certinia
• Supporting opportunity pricing using agreed rate cards and templates
• Moving jobs through delivery phases with the right approvals
• Administering time recording and chasing completeness
• Producing job margin, ETC, utilisation, and PMO reports
• Maintaining high data quality across projects, assignments, and time
• Supporting the weekly PMO finance & commercial review
What we’re looking for
• Experience in PMO, finance operations, delivery support, or PSA administration
• Strong Excel and reporting skills. Must understand data structure
• Exposure to Salesforce / Certinia / FinancialForce or similar PSA tools (preferred)
• Salesforce experience an advantage
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Team player – we hire on team
• Comfortable working remotely with UK-based stakeholders
