2. Drive high-quality project management in AT: collaborate across departments and international projects, maintain close communication and collaboration with departments such as purchasing, quality, research and development, production, and logistics, and coordinate human resources, budgets, and other resources across projects.

     推进高绩效AT采购项目管理：跨部门，跨国际项目协作，与采购、质量、研发、生产、物流等部门保持紧密沟通与协作，跨项目协调人力及预算等资源。

3. Building high-performance and deliver result: develop team capabilities and continuous improvements, creating a systematic and specialized ability for project teams to analyze and realize cost savings. Through Bosch's lean production system, strategic development and growth of suppliers are carried out to ensure cost advantages in the supply chain and achieve sustainable business development.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is highly desirable. (Other relevant certs: PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PRINCE2).
• 6+ years of experience in project management, with 3+ years of experience specifically in a PMO leadership or governance role, 3+ years of experience in project purchasing is preferred.
• 5+ years of professional cost analysis experience, be able to explore and implement the full potential cost savings, including design, processes etc. Familiar with Assembly Technology related material group cost reduction experience is preferred, including machining, die-casting, injection molding, chains/belts, motors, gearboxes, etc.
• Strong communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.

• 机械工程，自动化，工业工程或项目管理、供应链管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。具备PMP（项目管理专业人士）认证者及采购经验优先考虑。（其他相关认证：PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PRINCE2)。
• 具有6年以上的项目管理经验，其中3年以上具体担任项目管理角色的经验优先。同时具有3年以上项目采购经验者更佳。
• 具有5年以上专业成本分析经验，可以挖掘从设计到管理全方位潜力挖掘并实施；熟悉AT相关物料组降本经验优先，其中包括机加、压铸、注塑、链条/皮带、电机、变速箱等。
• 具有成熟的沟通技巧和流利的英语。
