We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Intern to support our Project Management Office. The PMO Intern will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the PMO, ensuring that project management standards are maintained and that project data is accurate and accessible. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, data integrity, and supporting project teams to achieve their goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Fresh graduate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 0-1 of experience in a project coordination, project support, or PMO-related role.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office / Google Suite, particularly Excel / Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A foundational understanding of project management principles.
