Work Set Up: Hybrid – 60% office, 40% remote (3 days onsite per week mandatory)

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a PMO Coordinator to provide foundational administrative and delivery support to technology projects and programmes. This role is ideal for candidates early in their PMO or project management career who want to develop experience in governance, reporting, and project control within a large-scale global technology environment. The PMO Coordinator will support project documentation, reporting processes, and governance activities while helping maintain organisation and compliance across project artefacts and delivery frameworks.

What you will do:

• Support preparation of reports, meeting packs, minutes, action logs, and project documentation.
• Maintain RAID logs by updating risks, issues, actions, and dependencies under PM or PMO guidance.
• Assist with scheduling governance forums, workshops, and programme delivery meetings.
• Track project milestones, resource updates, and financial inputs to support delivery oversight.
• Ensure project artefacts are organised and aligned with organisational delivery frameworks.
• Provide administrative support for onboarding activities, timesheet reconciliation, and access management.
• Maintain documentation repositories and ensure project records remain accurate and up to date.
• Support coordination across project teams to maintain effective communication and governance processes.

• Interest in developing a career in PMO or project management within technology environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing documentation and project records.
• Ability to support governance processes including reporting, documentation preparation, and meeting coordination.
• Strong communication skills when collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
