We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to support the delivery and governance of multiple projects within the banking sector. The role will focus on coordinating PMO activities, maintaining project documentation, monitoring schedules, and supporting reporting processes to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with organizational standards and timelines. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and PMO leadership to ensure effective project tracking, documentation management, and reporting across the project portfolio.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in Project Management Office (PMO) coordination within the banking sector.
Other Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
•
Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
•
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
Key Responsibilities
•
Support the PMO in coordinating project activities across multiple banking initiatives
•
Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and project repositories
•
Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items
•
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and portfolio updates
•
Assist project managers in maintaining project plans and timelines
• Support the preparation of steering committee materials and executive reports
•
Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs
•
Ensure projects follow PMO standards, templates, and governance processes
•
Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and track follow-up actions
•
Assist in project financial tracking and budget monitoring
•
Maintain PMO documentation repositories and version control
•
Support the continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting practices
