PMO & Contract Management Administrator | Full-time contract | Athens - GR
We are looking for a PMO & Contract Management Administrator to support project delivery and contract execution within large IT and EC framework contracts. The role combines project coordination, reporting, governance, with contract administration, invoicing, SLA monitoring, working closely with internal teams, clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide PMO coordination and support across the project lifecycle, working alongside Service Delivery / Program / Project Managers
• Act as the main point of contact for contract-related matters, including contract documentation, invoicing, and Purchase Order (PO) handling
• Coordinate communication between clients, partners, and internal delivery teams regarding service execution and reporting
• Prepare and distribute structured PMO reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze project and contract performance data, including milestones, KPIs, and SLAs
• Monitor project acceptance and closure activities, supporting deliverables validation and SLA compliance
• Maintain controlled project and contract documentation repositories in line with PMO governance standards
• Contribute to the application and improvement of PMO and Service Level Management best practices, in collaboration with Delivery and Presales
• Support Presales activities related to sales contract processes, procedures, and administration
