Technical knowledge & Skills:

· Experience in IT Project Management, IT Budget, Capacity Planning, IT Audits, Reporting and Producing Dashboard.

· Excellent coordination and client service skills.

· Clear, concise and professional written communication skills.

· Write correspondence, and other required documentation.

· Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

· Self-dependent, creative, proactive, fast learner, strict and good sense of organization.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Behavioural Skills/Competencies:

· Must be organized, self-motivated, responsible, committed and energetic.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills which include both verbal and written skills.

· The individual will be required to travel and work at various BNP Paribas locations in order to fulfil their duties as part of the ITIP Team.

· The individual will be required to have knowledge & understanding of various service / regulatory standards, work processes & procedures.

Education Background:

· Any Graduate degree.

· Proven experience in Project Management and Project coordination.

· Independent, analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated.

· Excellent co-ordination, teamwork and client service skills.

Preferred Industry/domain experience:

· 4 to 6 years of experience in Project Management, PMO and Governance Domain

· Banking Background Preferred
