PM Software Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PM Software Implementation Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the implementation of business and project management software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business requirements, oversee implementation timelines, and ensure successful deployment of systems that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, including planning, configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Collaborate with client teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

Configure and implement business tools such as CRM and Project Management Platforms.

Coordinate with technical teams to translate requirements into functional software solutions.

Ensure smooth system deployment, testing, and user adoption.

Conduct training sessions to help employees effectively use newly implemented software.

Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

Monitor project performance and ensure implementations are delivered on time and within scope.

Stay up-to-date with software implementation methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in software implementation, systems deployment, or project management.

Experience working with CRM and business platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, GHL, and Monday.com.

Experience implementing or managing project management tools such as Asana, Teamwork, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Project Management or CRM certifications are a plus (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or platform-specific certifications.

The Details:

This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday.

Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone)

The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
