Position Overview:  We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Service Technician to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a passion for providing exceptional service.  If you are looking for a company that values your skills, offers competitive pay, and provides excellent benefits, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities:

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will be responsible for understanding, diagnosing, installing and repairing plumbing products and equipment (boilers, water heaters, piping, drain/jetter waste, plumbing fixtures). 

You will perform planned maintenance per the agreement with customers. 

You will work to ensure materials are ordered timely and delivered to the job site. 

You will conduct warranty services on installed plumbing equipment.

Plumbing Service Technicians provide guidance to less experienced team members that are working with them. 

There is the possibility of taking on-call rotating night / weekend schedules (although we do not expect this in the near future). 

Maintaining a safe and healthy work site environment is of utmost importance.  Plumbing Service Technicians are responsible for following safety protocols.  The ability to communicate with customers regarding repairs, progress and concerns is part of the role, as providing exceptional customer service is essential.

Qualifications:

Licensed Journeyman Plumber with strong knowledge of plumbing codes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of mechanical trade materials, methods and equipment.

Valid driver’s license.
