Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Supervisor to support and lead our growing service team. Reporting to the Director of Service, this role provides day-to-day leadership and technical support to plumbing technicians in the field. The Supervisor serves as a primary resource for troubleshooting, technical guidance, and job support while ensuring service work meets company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction and delivers a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The Plumbing Service Supervisor will serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting complex service issues and assisting with diagnostics, repair strategies, and best practices. This role helps ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism on all service calls while supporting the Director of Service with department operations and technician performance. The Supervisor will also help monitor service quality, callbacks, and job completion standards, while contributing to the training, mentoring, and development of plumbing technicians. The Supervisor may communicate directly with customers to address service concerns or provide technical explanations, while promoting a professional, solutions-focused team environment.

The Supervisor will also perform maintenance work in the field to support technicians, maintain service quality, and stay closely connected to customer systems and service needs.

Key Qualifications:

5+ years of Plumbing experience

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across residential and light commercial plumbing systems

Previous leadership, lead technician, or supervisory experience preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to mentor and support technicians in the field

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
