Job Description

We’re hiring a Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial and residential plumbing projects from estimating through closeout. This role blends pre-construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to code.

What You’ll Do

• Manage plumbing projects from bid award through completion
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for plumbing scopes
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material procurement
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
