We’re hiring Plumbing Foreman to join our growing team. As a Plumbing Foreman, you’ll lead from the front - managing crews while staying hands-on in the field. You’ll play a critical role in jobsite execution, crew development, and delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and work alongside field crews to drive productivity, quality, and safety
Coordinate labor, materials, and workflow to keep projects moving
Enforce company standards, project specs, and code compliance
Complete required documentation and reporting
Mentor apprentices and help build strong, high-performing teams
What You Bring:
Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required)
5+ years of plumbing experience, including leadership or foreman experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems and codes
Proven ability to lead, communicate, and hold crews accountable
OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
