Plumbing Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to help manage a team of our plumbers in the field and provide a great experience when calling our company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Schedule our technicians for jobs. Contact our customers to let them know technician is on the way.
Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuing proficient, quality customer experiences.
Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field
Maintain and review billing and operation records; monitors daily logs.

Hours: 9:30am -6pm and 11:30am -6pm

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Basic understanding of geographical area and mapping programs to facilitate efficient routing.
Proficient with or able to quickly learn dispatch and recordkeeping systems.
Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude.
