Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PLSQL Developer to join our team at Talent Worx. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing database applications using PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle databases, along with experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support various business requirements.

• Location- Bangalore , Hyderabad , Chennai

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL code and scripts for new and existing applications

2. Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data effectively

3. Create and manage stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers

4. Collaborate with application developers and analysts to understand business requirements and provide data solutions

5. Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting

6. Ensure data integrity and implement data validation processes

7. Document the development process, code changes, and technical specifications

8. Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices

Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle databases

- Experience with SQL and database design principles

- Familiarity with data modeling and database architecture

- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques

- Understanding of ETL processes and data integration methodologies

- Basic understanding of version control systems

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PLSQL Developer or in a similar role

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

5. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
