PLM & Product Data Project Engineer – Automotive Manufacturing

• Manage and secure product data and Bill of Materials (BOM) within the PLM environment.
• Analyze gaps between plant BOM and central PLM BOM to secure logistics and manufacturing flows.
• Coordinate and assess Product & Process changes (ECRs) and prepare decision meetings.
• Ensure consistency of part references and product diversity to support reliable supply.
• Plan, monitor and report corrective actions on physical and digital flows.
• Lead standardization and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
• Prepare closure reports and ensure traceability in the PLM system.

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing and PLM-based projects.
• English professional level (C1).

Hard Skills

• PLM systems and product data management (BOM, ECR, part officialization).
• Product & process change management in industrial projects.
• Supply chain and logistics data consistency analysis.
• Data extraction, reconciliation and reporting (Excel, Power BI).
• Engineering and manufacturing environment (automotive assembly / production).
• Project coordination and PMO support.
• Tools: Excel, Power BI, MS Project, Planisware, MATLAB, Minitab.
• Programming basics: Python, Java, C.
• SAP environment knowledge.
