Job Description
We are looking a PLM Process Expert to support the further development and optimization of existing PLM migration processes for one of our biggest long-term customers in the automotive sector. This role combines process expertise, coordination responsibilities, and technical understanding of both PLM and SAP environments.
Responsibilities:
• Further develop and optimize existing PLM migration processes
• Coordinate requirements gathering with business and technical stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical specifications
• Support and guide technical implementation activities
• Ensure alignment between PLM and SAP system processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support testing and validation activities
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of PLM processes and system landscapes
• Excellent technical understanding of PTC Windchill and SAP ERP
• Experience in process optimization and documentation
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured specifications
• Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach
• Professional English level
Nice to have:
• Experience in migration or transformation programs
• Knowledge of SAP MM or PP modules
• Experience working in international enterprise environments
