PLC Software Engineer

For our TPS site in Prague, we are looking for PLC Software Engineer.

In this role you will perform the following tasks:

• PLC Firmware upgrade / downgrade in the test area
• Test Support for setting up our Network Switch and Gateway
• Test Support for setting up our Digital Product (Stray Current Monitoring Systems & Intelligent Operative and Maintenance System)
• Test Support in case of SW modification
• PLC and HMI program block diagnostics
• Prepares and practically performs testing and commissioning of the equipment.
• Participates in the preparation of local SCADA for customer projects.

Requirements:
What we expect:

• High school / university degree in Automation / Programming/IT
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Practical experience and knowledge of HMI/PLC program block diagnostics
• Knowledge of communication protocols and their use
• Knowledge of Network architecture (programmable switch)
• Knowledge of working in the field of industrial automation
• English at a communicative level in written and verbal form is a must
• Team player, creativity, flexibility, personal initiative
