Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

 PLC Programming: Develop and implement logic using Ladder Logic, FBD, and Structured Text for Siemens (TIA Portal, S7-1200/1500) and Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000) platforms.

 Conveyor Track Expertise: Design and enhance logic for conveyor systems, incorporating sensor integration, merge/diverge control, and VFD-based speed adjustments.

 HMI/SCADA Development: Create and configure user interfaces with Siemens TIA/WinCC Explorer and FactoryTalk View.

 System Integration: Connect PLCs with peripheral devices such as VFDs, servo drives, and other third-party equipment.

 Commissioning: Conduct on-site testing, debugging, and commissioning of automation machinery to guarantee safety and operational reliability.

 Troubleshooting: Identify and fix hardware and software issues to reduce production downtime.

 Documentation: Prepare equipment lists and write detailed sequence of operation manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
 Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in industrial automation.
 Software Proficiency:
o Siemens: TIA Portal (STEP 7), WinCC (Add-On).
o Allen-Bradley: Studio 5000, FactoryTalk.
 Protocols: Familiarity with PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus.
 Technical Skills: Competence in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
Preferred Attributes
 Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning and technical support.
 Experience with Robot-PLC integration (e.g., ABB).
 Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
