業務内容

1. QAスタッフへのトレーニング
内部スタッフに対し、基礎的なテスト業務の説明やトレーニングを実施します。
テスト業務に関する知識やゲームテスターの経験がなくても、できるお仕事からお願いしますので心配ありません。
また、採用後には同様のトレーニングを受けていただきます。

2. ツール、システムの各種申請・問い合わせ
ゲームテスターが円滑に業務を進められるようにツールやシステムへのアクセス申請やセッティングをサポートします。
既に用意されている資料やマニュアルに従って行います。

3. テスト情報や内部情報の文書管理、各種資料作成
テスト業務に必要な情報、ツールや機器等の設定方法といった資料を新規に作成や改訂を行います。
オフィス系ソフトウェアなどを用いてドキュメント化します。初めは自身が知識を学ぶ機会と時間を設けてから行います。

4. サポート業務 (他チームの業務ヘルプ、アカウント管理など)
テストプロジェクトチームで一時的、又は短期間のテスト業務を行います。
テストプロジェクトに一時的なヘルプとして入り、チェック表の手順に従ってゲームの動作を確認したりします。
初めてテスト業務を行う場合でも先輩スタッフがサポートします。

QAスタッフへのトレーニング、内部スタッフが使用するツールやシステムに関する申請業務など、QAチーム全体を多方面からサポートします。
通年で業務がありますのでフルタイム勤務を希望している方でも安心して働けます。

一緒にゲームテストの現場をささえていく方をお待ちしています。

応募資格

• テスター経験者、未経験者ともに歓迎

• 人とのコミュニケーションやサポートが好きな方、ゲームが好きな方

• Excel、Wordなどのオフィス系ソフトウェアの使用経験があると尚可

• 長期働ける方大歓迎

• 学生不可

待遇データ

給与
時給1250円～1800円。昇給制度有り（経験、能力に応じて時給1800円以上にも昇給あり。）、残業手当有り、休日出勤手当有り、交通費支給（月額5万円迄）※支給条件あり

勤務時間
平日（月～金）9:45～18:30

勤務地
門前仲町 駅　徒歩5分、越中島 駅　徒歩7分

休日
完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日

その他待遇
