PlayStation向けに提供しているネットワークサービス”PlayStation Network”を設計、構築、運用するエンジニアリングチームのメンバーを募集しています。PlayStation Networkでは、フレンドとのメッセージやボイスチャットのようなエンドユーザ―向けサービスから、スコアランキングやマッチメイキング等のゲーム開発者向けサービスなど、さまざまなサービスを提供しており、世界でも有数の大規模ネットワークサービスを展開しています。

本ポジションで参画していただいたメンバには、サイトリライアビリティエンジニアとしてサーバーサイドアプリケーション開発チームの一員として、サービスの信頼性、性能、効率、セキュリティの確保を担っていただきます。技術的なチャレンジを伴う、大規模サービスを安定的かつ効率的に提供し続ける業務を通じ、エンジニアとして成長することができます。

私たちは”PlayStationNetwork”の企画・設計・開発・運用を担っているエンジニアリング部門です。PlayStationのライフサイクルを構成する、クライアントソフトウェアからゲームコンテンツ配信・販売機能、オンラインゲーム機能、ソーシャルコミュニティ機能等のプラットフォームサービスまで、幅広くコンシューマーやゲームデベロッパーに提供しています。

20代、30代の若い社員が多く所属する部署です。技術、コスト、効率といったことを論点にフラットな議論ができる職場となっております。職業柄ゲームが好きな社員が多く、提供しているサービスに対する思い入れも強いです。日本国外の部門、企業との協業の機会が多いため、ミーティングはもちろん、海外出張の機会も数多くあります。

• Linuxを用いたサーバ構築/運用/障害対応の経験

• TCP/IP、HTTPなどのネットワークプロトコルに関する基礎知識

• 周囲とオープンなコミュニケーションが取れる方

【歓迎（WANT）】

• パブリッククラウドの利用経験

• 大規模サービス/マイクロサービスの構築・運用経験

• AWS EKS、Kubernetes等のコンテナ技術の利用経験

• TerraformやChef等を利用したサーバ構築経験

• Ops業務の自動化を目的としたPython、Ruby等でのスクリプト作成経験

• Apache、Tomcatで動作するWEBアプリケーションの運用経験、パラメータチューニング経験

• MySQL、Memcached、Redis、AWS DynamoDBなどのストレージ・キャッシュ技術の運用経験

• SaaS型の監視ツール、APMツールの活用経験

• 障害対応および改善内容等を論理的に説明できるコミュニケーション力

• アプリケーションの開発経験
