【職務内容】
PlayStation Network向けのサーバーアプリケーションが稼働するプラットフォームを開発・運用する業務です。
コンテナ技術を用いて、実際にアプリケーションが稼働する環境を構築することから、CICDのパイプライン開発まで多岐に渡るプラットフォームエンジニアリングを実践しています。
世界中のPlayStation Network向けのサーバーアプリケーションが同じサービスプラットフォームを使用するため、グローバルのチームと協業しながら日々チャレンジを行っています。

【組織/職場紹介】
当社製品ネットワークの企画・設計・開発・運用を担っているエンジニアリング部門です。製品のライフサイクルを構成する、クライアントソフトウェアからゲームコンテンツ配信・販売機能、オンラインゲーム機能、ソーシャルコミュニティ機能等のプラットフォームサービス迄、幅広くコンシューマーやゲームデベロッパーに提供しています。
20代、30代のメンバーが多い若い世代の部署になります。技術、コスト、効率といったことを論点にフラットな議論ができる職場となっております。職業柄ゲームが好きな社員が多く、製品に対する思い入れも強いです。海外との協業も多いため、ミーティングはもちろん、海外出張等もあります。

・Web Applicationの設計・開発経験
・GitHubを用いた開発経験
・クラウドサービスプロバイダを扱った開発経験
・メール／チャットツール、電話会議、出張等でコミュニケーションがとれるレベルの英語力
・基本的なLinuxの知識
・基本的なContainerの知識
・歓迎条件に挙げた経験のうち2つ以上の経験

■歓迎するスキル・経験
・設計資料または提案を作成し、多くの関係者と意思決定を行った経験
・本番環境でKubernetes等のコンテナ管理プラットフォーム、およびHelm/ArgoCDなどの周辺ツールを使用/運用した経験
・システムアーキテクチャ設計経験
・Microservices Architecture Applicationの開発・運用経験
・CICD Pipelineの構築・運用経験
・1年以上のPython/Go等のプログラミング言語による設計、実装、テストの経験（サーバサイドプログラム）
・IaC (Infrastructure as Code) ツールを用いたサーバ構築・運用および自動化の経験
・Linux Kernel/Apache/Tomcat/MySQLなどのチューニング経験
・Firewall、LoadBalancer、Storage、監視、セキュリティ関連技術の実務経験
・REST API、WebSocketなどのWeb技術を用いた開発経験
・ソフトウェアテスト（機能テスト、パフォーマンステスト、セキュリティテスト）に関する知識および自動化の経験
・チームリーディング経験
・AWSを扱った開発経験
・オープンソースへの貢献経験
・一般的なソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルの理解
・Cloud Native Application/Infrastructureに関する基本的な知識
