【チーム/組織紹介】

PlayStation関連のテクニカル/ビジネス文書のトータルコーディネーションを行うグローバルな組織で、ライティング、校正、フォーマッティング、進捗管理、翻訳、パブリッシュ、サイトデザイン/ナビゲーション構築、閲覧分析等の様々な関連業務を総合的に担っています。

基本はテレワーク主体ですが、定期的に出社の機会もあり自主的な出社も可能です。オンラインミーティングは定例、定例外沢山あるので常にチームで業務を進行させている感覚があります。携わっているプロジェクトによって海外出張等もあります。

外部ディベロッパー様/パブリッシャー様はあらゆる場面で我々の作成した文書を参照する機会があるため、ゲーム作成工程のエクスペリエンスに大きな影響を与える仕事です。

【職務内容】

- 主に英→日言語方向のローカリゼーションを行う翻訳チームのマネジメント

- 少人数チームの進捗管理/タスクアサイン等を行う

- 翻訳の外注管理、レビュー管理（社内他部署）、原文作成者（英語ネイティブ）との交渉

- 状況によって自身も翻訳、翻訳チェック業務にあたる

- コンテンツによって翻訳原文から乖離/飛躍した日本語作文

- 取り扱う内容は、PSプラットフォームでゲームを作成、リリースする外部ディベロッパー様/パブリッシャー様向けのテクニカル/ビジネスコンテンツ

- 上記文書の作成系業務に加えて、文書のQuality、Usability（サイトデザイン、ナビゲーション、コンテンツ配置等々）の改善活動

■求める 実務経験・スキル

【必須要件（MUST）】

- TOEIC 800以上程度の英語力、もしくは翻訳関連業務の2-3年以上の経験

【歓迎要件（WANT）】

- ソフトウェア開発の知識、経験
- ゲームのプランニング、パブリッシュに関連する知識、携わった経験
- 少人数であってもチームやプロジェクトをリードした経験
- 翻訳に限らず日本語作成関連業務の経験
- AIを活用した翻訳もしくは文章校正の経験
- Webサイト等における情報アーキテクチャ関連の経験
