Job Description

• カスタマーサービス業務のサポート、評価、監視、結果の分析、変更の実施を含むがこれに限定されない。
• 必要に応じて（JP-EN、EN-JP）の言語翻訳および校正を行う。
• チャットやメールを通じて、パスワードリセットを含むがこれに限定されないプレイヤーの問題に対応し、サポートする。
• 勤務時間：10:00～19:00

Requirements:
• 日本語のネイティブレベルの読解力およびライティングスキル。
• ビジネスレベルの英語力。
• 翻訳および/またはローカライゼーションの経験があることが望ましい。
• ビデオゲーム業界への情熱。
• 強い論理的思考力。
• カスタマーサービス（あれば尚可）および/またはビデオゲーム、旅行サポート、ヘルプデスク、技術サポーの経験（メールコンタクトセンター環境での）。
• メールやチャットを通じて優れたカスタマーサービスを提供できること。
• ゲーマーの視点からゲームを理解できること。
• ガイドライン内で正確かつ迅速に情報を分析し、解決する能力。
• チームプレイヤーの精神を持つ。
