About the Role
We’re looking for a Platform Services Engineer to bring the B3 platform to life inside customer environments.
You’ll work hands-on with a wide variety of industrial data sources—databases, PLCs, OT systems, and real-time streams—activating high-volume, real-time operational data that fuels B3’s AI-powered manufacturing platform. Your role ensures these data pipelines are engineered for performance, reliability, and continuous health, turning raw industrial signals into actionable intelligence.
About the Work
Lead the technical integration of B3 into customer environments
Connect B3 to databases, PLCs, OT networks, and industrial systems
Build and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable data pipelines
Ensure all data connectivity is monitored, healthy, and secure
Troubleshoot and resolve data, connectivity, and integration issues
Support onboarding, expansions, and platform upgrades
Improve observability, alerting, and operational tooling
About You
Strong understanding of databases and data flows (SQL required)
Experience integrating systems in production environments
Familiarity with PLCs, OT networks, and industrial data sources
Experience supporting cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills and an ownership mindset
Ability to work hands-on in fast-moving, real-world environment
