Position Overview:
The Platform Manager assists the Director of Global Production Platform with stakeholders across ProFile, Operations, and Invoicing to support the end-to-end filing process. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and seamless client experience through proactive issue resolution, process improvement, and collaboration on strategic initiatives.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze feedback from clients and operational teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
Represent production and client stakeholders in development meetings helping to set priorities that best serve stakeholders
Triage data corrections and ProFile inquiries from operations teams and work with development to address these items
Author bug reports and enhancement tickets to capture business requirements and ensure effective development outcomes
Train operations teams on new ProFile functionality – including occasionally writing procedures for the new feature
Work with internal development product owners and act as the key product team member interfacing with product owners
Maintain the QFS order inbox, validating accuracy and completeness of new orders through audits and triple checks
Partner with the invoicing team to troubleshoot issues and manage client-specific requirements
Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience or any combination of education, professional experience, and training provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager in translation, patent filing, or localization
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with ProFile
Experience in operations, product support, or project coordination; familiarity with filing processes, client services, or SaaS platforms preferred
Knowledge of patent filing requirements and timelines preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, including writing clear and detailed documentation
Highly motivated, willing to take initiative, ability to stay on task, and regularly report progress
Ability to effectively multi-task in stressful situations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being a plus
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and trouble shoot complex issues
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Commitment to fostering a culture of responsiveness and respect for the needs and time of others
