Platform Lead - SAP BTP, Integration & Landscape

As the IT Platform Lead – SAP BTP, Integration & Enterprise Landscape, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our foundational enterprise platforms. Reporting to the Head of Foundation Services, this role owns the strategic direction, transformation roadmap, and operational excellence for SAP BTP, enterprise integration, end‑to‑end testing, UX capabilities, and overall SAP landscape management.

You will be the driving force behind our clean core SAP RISE strategy, enabling agile delivery, scalable innovation, and resilient operations. Partnering closely with business leaders, enterprise architects, cybersecurity teams, and innovation functions (AI & Automation), you will ensure our platforms accelerate business outcomes—without compromising quality, security, or stability.

This role combines technology leadership, people leadership, and financial accountability, including vendor strategy, budget ownership across run and innovate, and active participation as a key technology voice in governance forums.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

Deep, hands‑on experience leading SAP BTP platforms at enterprise scale, with the ability to enable innovation while protecting and accelerating a clean core SAP RISE architecture.

A proven track record of running and transforming complex, global SAP landscapes, including enterprise integration and SaaS ecosystems, supported by an architect‑level understanding of modern integration patterns and SAP capabilities.

Demonstrated success in transforming testing, release, and landscape operations to support agile delivery models, leveraging automation and modern engineering practices to increase speed while managing risk and quality.

The ability to operate seamlessly across strategic and execution layers, acting as an authoritative technology voice in governance forums with a strong bias for action and delivery ownership.

A mature, collaborative leadership approach with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders, lead diverse global teams, and manage strategic vendor partnerships with accountability for outcomes, cost, and innovation.
