En IT Partner España, seguimos creciendo y consolidando nuestra área de Platform Engineering. Por ello buscamos incorporar un Platform Engineering Lead que lidere el diseño y construcción de capacidades de plataforma reutilizables, seguras, observables y alineadas con las mejores prácticas cloud.
Una excelente oportunidad para dejar huella en la plataforma tecnológica de nuestros clientes estratégicos, tomando decisiones clave y guiando el crecimiento de la disciplina dentro de IT Partner.

️ ¿Qué harás en IT Partner?
Liderazgo técnico
Definir el roadmap técnico de la plataforma (Tier 2).
Liderar y acompañar a un equipo de 3–4 ingenieros mediante mentoría y guía técnica.
Impulsar buenas prácticas, automatización y excelencia técnica.

Arquitectura y diseño
Diseñar golden paths, arquitecturas de referencia y patrones de uso.
Establecer baseline de seguridad y estándares cloud.
Diseñar e implementar un stack de observabilidad multi-tenant.
Construcción y entrega
Desarrollar una librería de módulos Terraform reutilizables, seguros y observables.
Desplegar un clúster compartido de observabilidad (Prometheus / Grafana / Loki).
Integrar herramientas de escaneo y seguridad en pipelines CI/CD.
Gobernanza y procesos
Definir estándares GitOps y workflows operativos.
Establecer SLIs/SLOs y criterios de operación para servicios de plataforma.
Crear runbooks, guías operativas y procedimientos internos.

¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia
+5 años en Platform Engineering, DevOps o SRE.
Experiencia sólida en al menos dos nubes (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Gestión y operación de Kubernetes en entornos productivos (EKS/AKS/GKE).
Terraform avanzado (módulos, Terragrunt, gestión de estados).
Experiencia real en Prometheus/Grafana.
Prácticas DevSecOps, escaneo, gestión de secretos.
Experiencia previa liderando equipos o iniciativas técnicas.

Habilidades técnicas requeridas
Terraform (Experto): módulos, Terragrunt, workspaces, estado remoto.
Kubernetes (Avanzado): CKA recomendable, Helm, GitOps.
Prometheus/Grafana (Competente).
AWS o Azure (Avanzado): buenas prácticas, seguridad y arquitectura.
GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).
Seguridad: Snyk/Trivy, HashiCorp Vault.
CI/CD con GitHub Actions.

Valorable
Experiencia real multi-cloud.
Crossplane o IaC nativo de Kubernetes.
Go / Python para automatización.
FinOps.
Loki / ELK.

Certificaciones (mínimo una en cada área)
Cloud: AWS SA Pro / AZ-104–400 / GCP PCA
Kubernetes: CKA
IaC: Terraform Associate
Preferibles: CKS, AZ-700, SRE Foundation/Practitioner
