Our PW solution spans multiple core components, including a Linux-based platform core and an SMO cloud-based solution. The Engineering Customer Success (ECS) group is seeking a Platform and Cloud Architect to lead platform and cloud debugging, architecture, and customer-facing technical activities.
In this role, you will become the go-to expert for issues and requirements arising from the field. You will take ownership of platform and cloud initiatives, from triaging customer issues to defining new features and architectures that address customer needs.

What Will You Do?:
• Work closely with customers on deployments and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities
• Lead debugging of field and customer issues, perform root-cause analysis, and define effective solutions
• Define new infrastructure and platform features to address customer and field requirements, and lead their development
• Own features from early PoC stages through software implementation and customer release
• Contribute to the cloud and platform roadmap and long-term architecture decisions

What Do You Need to Have?:
• Deep familiarity with Linux systems
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• At least 5 years of experience as a software developer, architect, or system integration engineer
• Strong understanding of computer networking, including routing mechanisms and networking protocols

Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with cellular standards or other wireless technologies

Education:
• BSc in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
