Job Description

Hiring Immediately Plastic Injection Moulding Assistant Manager/ Manager for an Automobile Manufacturing Company @ Rawang . Permanant & Full time job. Local Malaysians to apply

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily plastic injection moulding department effectively and ensure best practices
• Plan manpower capacity and arrange the work schedule, review production planning to achieve production target and timely delivery
• Ensure all equipment, tools, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes
• Assure that product and process quality are compliant to internal and customer quality expectation
• Preparing and analyzing production and quality reports, identify root cause and able to solve problem with detail study investigation, observation and identification subsequently with suggestion and solution
• Implement Lean/continuous improvement, process improvement and small group activity to achieve higher productivity, efficiency, lead time reduction, control wastages and cost saving
• Liaise with other departments/sections in daily production work as part of the team
• Promote teamwork within team as well as other functions at shop floor level
• Strengthen the team capability and discipline. Coach, train and provide development opportunities for direct reports
• Monitor and evaluate team members performance and provide trainings to meet production target and quality expectations
• Lead the team to comply with Safety, Health Environment Policies and 5S activities
• Acting as a team role model and change-agent. Positively lead and influence team members to work together to achieve individual and business goals
• To support company’s Operation Management System in accordance to ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO/TS16949 and OHSAS45001 standards.

Requirements:
:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in plastic injection moulding
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and ISO 45001 system
• Strong skills in leadership, decision making and problem solving
• Result oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Responsible and positive working attitudes
