IDEALFORCE have a Contract position available immediately for a Planview Administrator to join our customer in Phoenix, AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Client is considering only local candidates for this position.
Administer Planview project management software including:
• implement application and/or database updates,
• implement integration with other systems,
• research, recommend, and implement application changes,
• diagnose and resolve database and web page errors with minimal supervision,
• create and maintain detailed documentation including analysis, test case scenarios, and migration procedures,
• work with project management process team to ensure proper business processes are documented and followed,
• support user requests and issues, and
• ensure users are adequately trained.
Design and development of relational/hierarchical databases
* Microsoft server administration
* Software development life cycle.
* Requirements gathering.
* Principles and practices of project management.
