We are seeking a Plans Transfer Specialist with strong English communication skills and exceptional attention to detail to work on-site in Colombia. The role involves supporting administrative processes related to 401(k) plan transfers for U.S. clients.
Role Overview:
• Manage assigned cases during 401(k) plan transfer processes.
• Handle and send legal merger documents (Board Resolution, Merger Agreement, Instruction Letters, etc.).
• Support distribution of mandatory 30-day blackout notices.
• Code plan information into Relius and communicate updates to internal teams.
• Manage transfer cases (inbound/outbound) in SIMIS and Salesforce, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Communicate with previous and new TPAs via email and phone in English within SLA timeframes.
• Coordinate collection of plan documents from prior TPAs via email or fax.
• Review key documents including Adoption Agreement, SPD, Basic Plan Document, and compliance test results.
• Gather and organize fund names, sources, and amounts for final accounting files delivered to new TPA.
Requirements:
• Advanced English (8.0 – 9.0).
• Intermediate Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in financial services, administrative roles, or paralegal work.
• Knowledge of U.S. 401(k) plan industry.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and communication abilities.
