Job Description
• Plan and maintain daily pest-control service schedules using the internal scheduling system.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales to manage daily service orders and prioritize jobs according to urgency and business needs.
• Receive and manage inbound customer requests, schedule changes, and complaints; record and resolve issues in the scheduling system.
• Monitor ongoing services and implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency and service levels.
• Monitor service delivery progress, perform daily task reviews, and reschedule as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Supervise day-to-day performance of the planning team, including assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and providing coaching and feedback.
• Act as the primary communication point between the Manager and the planning team; relay operational updates, escalations, and performance feedback both ways.
• Maintain accurate records and correspondence in the internal system; ensure timely data entry and updates.
• Produce and distribute service and performance reports as required.
• Adjust daily schedules and reassign field resources within route constraints; coordinate with service leaders on order processing and follow-up to ensure uninterrupted route activation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Scheduling/booking experience in a service industry is an advantage. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Supervisor.
• Proven experience supervising a small team is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Windows; Chinese typing skills required. Familiarity with scheduling systems and route-optimization or field-service scheduling tools is an advantage.
• Strong customer-service orientation with experience handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask accurately under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and supportive as a team member.
• Effective prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Immediate availability preferred.
