To support our growing operations, we are looking for a Spare Parts Planning Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring the effective planning and availability of spare parts within our supply chain network.

• Purchase order placing in relevant ERP systems
• Defining critical and safety stocks &inventory planning for spare parts
• Dropshipment coordination with JCH
• Direct ordering design with York& Hitachi suppliers
• Phase-in & phase-out coordination of spare parts
• Datasphere implementation for spare parts
• SP warehouse activities coordination after warehouse movement project
• KPI reporting

• University degree preferable in Industrial Engineering
• Excellent command in English
• Experience in material planning and procurement
• Min. 2 years experience in similar position
• Willing to work in a Supply Chain network
• Effective problem solving and coordination skills
• Proactive team-member with strong interpersonal skills
