Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Planning Engineer / Planner to join our growing team. This role is open to both experienced Senior Planners and Planner-level candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience who demonstrate strong foundational planning capability and growth potential.
While a Senior Planner would be ideal, we are equally open to candidates with solid technical skills, the right attitude, and the ability to develop further with structured guidance and internal training.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6
Interpret engineering drawings and construction methodologies and translate them into executable schedules
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and adjust plans accordingly
Collect site progress data and update schedules to reflect progress, delays, and variations
Perform schedule analysis and provide insights on project performance
Prepare progress reports including:
Earned Value Analysis (EVM)
S-Curves
Weekly and monthly reports
Manning and commodity histograms
Support delay analysis and claims where required
Collaborate closely with project teams, site personnel, and stakeholders
Ensure schedules align with contract requirements and project objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent. or related field.
Minimum 3 -10+ years’ experience of construction planning experience
Proven experience developing and managing resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 (Nonnegotiable).
Advanced MS Excel skills (Power Query advantageous)
Industry experience highly preferred in Civil / Infrastructure projects (Mining, Heavy Industrial, Bridges, Roads, Bulk Earthworks, Utilities, etc.); Large-scale Commercial or Residential construction, or Mechanical / Rail project experience will also be considered.
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, resourcing, and scheduling logic
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with site and project teams
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
