Job Description
We are currently seeking a Planning and Scheduling Administrator to join our team in Chinchilla in a full time, permanent role. This role will primarily provide administration support to our Facilities Manager.
The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, highly organised professional with strong communication skills, who can collaboratively work with various stakeholder in the business.
Duties of the role will include:
• Administration of Quoted Works Process
• Administration of  FMW Submission requirements.
• Primary contact for Residential HVAC, Plumbers, Electricians and other trade services
• Monitoring the Generic Inbox’s ensuring escalations are actioned within the required SLA. 
• Actioning all items pertaining to travel• • SAP correspondence
• RAPID correspondence
• Travel requests.
• General Administration supporting the Planning and Scheduling Team when required.
To be considered you must have: 
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong accuracy skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and commit to deadlines
• Effective organizational skills
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Able to communicate effectively
• Strong teamwork abilities with eagerness to support colleagues and share knowledge
