We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.​ Major Responsibilities: Accountable for the setup, troubleshooting and equipment performance of the washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, examining and tray loading equipment. Accountable for the setup, troubleshooting and equipment performance of the labelling machines, cartoners, serialization machines and case packing equipment. Machinability testing, refurbishing and fabricating parts to ensure machine usability and maintaining physical and electronic parts inventory system. PM and supporting other departments and company PMs. Use SAP to create and place Work Orders Performs installation and startup of equipment, on request or as required, for the examining, labelling and packaging, washing and sterilizing equipment. Assist with the validation, documentation, and training. i.e. write training modules and S.O.P.s Maintain machines computers and data base of equipment according to SOPs. The backup of data bases of the equipment. Train-Group Leaders, Fillers and Packagers on the use and operation of new equipment. Accountable for the training and assisting junior staff and all mechanics. Assist training of filling operators, packaging operators, filling group leaders and packaging group leaders. About You: Education and Experience: Minimum High School and (4) four years of Licensed Millwright (Red Seal) Certification. A minimum of six (6) years of previous relevant work experience. Hours Of Work: Inclusive from Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Subject to change) This is subject to change at any time, and it should not be construed as limiting the right of the company to make such change to meet the requirements of the operation.
