Role: Pitney Bowes - Estatement Developer

Job description:  

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive coding and implementation support of printing technologies, report preparation and generation, documents data processing and designing as well as creating any type of document such as customer statement, letter and advice

• Critical examination of requirements and understanding operations and systems.

• Implementing solutions that align with the organization's business objectives.

• Assisting in defining system scope and objectives; researching and fact-finding; analyzing business and user requirements for complex projects, and managing requirements t projects by conducting thorough testing of related applications.

• Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and development guide/production support documents

• Responsible for Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting in DOC1 based solutions

• Responsible for gathering requirement, design preparation and discussion with stakeholders

• A team player as well as ability to work independently to meet pre-determined targets and deliverables timeline

Key Requirements

Must have:-

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering.

• Must have at least 3 years of development experience in Pitney Bowes DOC1, preferably DOC1 6.0

• Proficient in designing document and using designer tools

• Extensive experience in Pitney Bowes Doc1 coding of templates and repositories 

• Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, design and programming techniques.

• Possess excellent communication skills and ability to engage business stake holders for requirement gathering, prototyping and quick solutions

• Proficient in SQL language and database management tool

• Requires superior analytics and problem-solving skills. Must be attentive to details.

Good to have:-

• Broad knowledge of software development including Java programming;

• Banking knowledge will be added advantage.

Essential Technical Skill:-

• Working experience on Pitney Bowes CCM suit- Doc1, PCE and Vault.

• Sound knowledge and working experience on Open systems OS like AIX, SOLARIS and WINDOWS
