Pierre Ford of Hermiston is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, answering and directing calls, and performing administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them as needed.
2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, providing information and handling queries where possible.
3. Manage scheduling for sales appointments and service visits using our company’s software systems.
4. Organize and manage customer records using BambooHR and other software as needed.
5. Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (including courier packages).
6. Perform basic administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
7. Assist with the organization of promotional events.
8. Maintain a clean and tidy reception area that aligns with the professional image of the company.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. A professional appearance and attitude.
7. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and professional.
8. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
