About the team
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Fullstack Engineer to join our Big Fiat team. We welcome candidates who are recent graduates or have up to 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in fullstack development, a strong interest in Web3 and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and a proactive attitude towards learning and contributing beyond just technical tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced fintech environment and help drive innovative projects.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of frontend and backend features for fiat-related products
• Explore and apply Web3 and AI technologies to support innovation within the team
• Take initiative to learn and contribute to non-technical processes such as product design and workflow optimization
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Continuously improve system performance and user experience to maintain product reliability

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Up to 2 years of professional experience or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with frontend technologies and backend technologies (e.g. Java, Golang, Python)
• Strong interest in Web3 technologies (blockchain, smart contracts) and AI, with relevant coursework or project experience preferred
• Creative mindset with a willingness to propose and experiment with new ideas and technologies
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and ideas

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience or coursework related to blockchain or smart contract development
• Exposure to AI or machine learning projects
• Background in fintech or fiat payment systems
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
