Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.
Duties:
Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
Set appointments
Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings
Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
Meet specified monthly targets and goals
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in math and retail math for pricing and inventory control
- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Pay: $43,200.00 - $54,000.00 per year ($20.76) per hour plus bonuses)
