Job Description:

Hermiston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Porter. As a Service Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Retrieve and deliver customer vehicles to and from the service area.

Maintain a clean and organized service area by regularly sweeping and removing debris.

Assist service technicians with moving vehicles and equipment as needed.

Perform light maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, refilling fluids, and replacing light bulbs.

Ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and labeled for identification.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience as a service porter or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.

Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance is a plus.
