BURLINGTON USED CAR SUPERSTORE is owned by the Pierre family. We have experienced fantastic growth and have an immediate need to hire a sales Associates.

We have the massive inventory available between all of our locations. If we don't have it available, it doesn't exist! Over 300 Internet leads a month, lots of phone pops a month and lots of walk-in traffic. We have more opportunity than we do sales consultants!

Long term stability is available here, and you'll receive the support you need to succeed.

Vehicle sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

Engage and build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.

Assist customers in finding a vehicle that satisfies their needs

Conduct test drives, ensuring a memorable and informative experience for potential buyers.    

Utilize our CRM software to facilitate an owner follow-up system that encourages referral business and contributes to the highest levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term and repeat customers.

Prospect, make calls, and send emails to potential customers to set appointments.

Follow up with sold customers to ensure the highest level of Customer Service.
