Pickle is a peer-to-peer fashion rental platform where people rent and lend outfits within their communities. We're recruiting Growth Fellows & Brand Ambassadors to continue scaling Pickle's community locally.

As a Pickle Brand Ambassador, you'll help grow Pickle by plugging it into your existing networks - sharing with friends, group chats, clubs or communities & occasionally showing up IRL. This track is more flexible, shorter term with the ability to extend and designed to fit alongside a full time job, school or other commitments.

Growth Fellow Track
3-month program (with opportunity to extend based on performance)
~8–10 hours/week, flexible schedule --> ~8–10 hours/week, flexible schedule with weekly IRL activations
Monthly stipend, Pickle credits + performance-based bonuses (top Fellows can earn $1,000+/month)

Brand Ambassador Track
~1-month commitment
~1–2 hours/week --> ~2-3 hours/week, with monthly IRL activations
Pickle credits + exclusive perks

Brand Ambassador Track (Lightweight)

• Share Pickle within your existing network—friends, group chats, clubs, or communities you’re already part of

• Promote Pickle around key moments when people are looking for outfits (date parties, trips, events, nights out)

• Encourage downloads and first-time rentals through word-of-mouth and social sharing

• Add: Plan and execute at least 1 IRL activation per month (pop up, community event, flyering, etc!)

• Surface feedback and insights from your community to the Pickle team

Brand Ambassador Track
