Join a busy healthcare team located in the bustling community providing exceptional care to a diverse range of clients, offering a supportive environment where staff can thrive and grow professionally.
We are currently seeking a full-time MSK Physiotherapist to work a mix of morning and evening shifts, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules. As an MSK Physiotherapist, you will work with a varied caseload of clients across different age groups and injuries, primarily serving private paying individuals while also catering to NDIS, DVA, TAC, and WC clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans to address clients' musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
• Provide a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to promote recovery and improve functional outcomes.
• Educate clients on injury prevention strategies, self-management techniques, and exercises for continued rehabilitation.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Previous experience in a musculoskeletal setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in assessing and treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
