Physicl Therapy Technician

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech) to join our team. This role supports our therapists in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring the clinic operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient therapy sessions

Assist therapists with patient exercises and therapy activities as directed

Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under therapist supervision

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy gym and treatment areas

Clean and sanitize therapy equipment between patient uses

Help ensure the clinic stays organized and stocked with necessary supplies

Provide a positive, supportive experience for patients during their therapy visits

Assist the clinical team in maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

CPR Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)

Bilingual preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
