Provides a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the Physician Recruitment process. Assists the Physician Recruitment Director and team members in all recruitment activities as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
• Supports multiple Physician Recruitment team members.
• Interfaces with candidates and hiring team members.
• Ensures data accuracy in Applicant Tracking System.
• Runs reports and tracks recruiting metrics.
• Schedules and coordinates interviews between Physician Recruitment Specialists, candidates, and hiring teams.
• Coordinates travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for non-local candidates; and follows through on reimbursements.
• Provides conflict resolution on scheduling challenges and keeps candidates, managers, and recruiters apprised of all changes to schedules.
• Manages billing invoices for Physician Recruitment team vendors/suppliers.
• Ensures processes and procedures promote the best talent; meets internal promotional goals, and compliance requirements.
• Supports social media and web strategy recruitment tactics.
• Performs other administrative duties and recruiting tasks as necessary.    
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience - Required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
• 2 years of administrative/secretarial experience  
Education & Experience - Preferred
• Experience in a clinical practice
• Must be able to type 40 words per minute

Compensation:
• Pay Range: $22.57 - $29.40
