We are seeking a committed Physician Assistant to join our patient-centered healthcare team in Indian Trail, NC. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for a clinician who excels in a fast-paced outpatient and urgent care setting and is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-quality care. As a key member of our clinical team in Indian Trail, you will provide diagnostic, treatment, and educational services to a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and provide appropriate treatments under physician supervision.
• Order, review, and act on diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging such as X-rays and CT scans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and scope of practice.
• Collaborate effectively with MDs, NPs, and other clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Educate patients on preventive care, chronic condition management, and overall wellness.
• Deliver quality care in both urgent care situations and routine outpatient visits.
Requirements:
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina Physician Assistant license (or eligibility).
• Current NCCPA board certification (PA-C).
• Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, procedural skills, and patient communication abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient clinic in Indian Trail, NC.
